HARD FELT
Hard felt is a durable material produced from high-density synthetic or natural fibers It is an eco-friendly and safe product, free from glass, metal, mineral fibers, or any harmful chemicals. Thanks to its homogeneous structure and superior quality, it ensures long-lasting performance in the mattress and furniture industries. Available in thicknesses ranging from 5 mm to 10 mm and weights between 800 and 2000 grams, our hard felts can be customized to meet diverse requirements. The products are offered in rolls or pressed packages, with a maximum roll length of 25 meters and width of 2.10 meters. With our advanced production technology, we maintain a ±5% tolerance — compared to the
industry’s ±10% — providing our customers with cost efficiency and consistent quality

ULTRA HARD FELT
Ultra hard felt is a specialized type of felt with a density of 1000–1250 g/m², offering superior strength and rigidity compared to standard hard felt. Produced from high-density synthetic or natural fibers, it is free from glass, metal, mineral fibers, and harmful chemicals. Its homogeneous structure, odor-free and moisture-resistant nature make it both long-lasting and
eco-friendly. Available in thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 8 mm and weights between 800 and 2000 grams, it can be supplied in rolls or pressed packages up to 25 meters in length and 2.10 meters in width.

SOFT FELT
Soft felt is widely used in the mattress and furniture industries for its flexible structure and superior comfort properties. Produced in thicknesses ranging from 5 mm to 20 mm and weights between 800 and 2000 grams, it is supplied in rolls or pressed packages up to 25 meters in length and 2.10 meters in width. With a density of 1200 g/m², our soft felt is manufactured using Thermobond technology, ensuring durability, longevity, and excellent uniformity.
Only synthetic or natural fibers are used in production, with no inclusion of glass, metal, mineral fibers, or harmful chemicals. Our felts are free from odor, moisture, and cutting defects, maintaining a clean and eco-friendly composition. With an advanced production system offering ±5% tolerance (compared to the industry’s ±10%), we provide our customers with consistent quality, cost efficiency, and reliable performance.

Thermovat felt is a high-density material made from synthetic or natural fibers, known for its thermal resistance and flexibility. It is commonly used in mattress manufacturing and insulation applications. Produced in thicknesses ranging from 10 mm to 25 mm and weights between 1200 and 2000 grams, thermovat felt is supplied in rolls or pressed packages up to 25 meters in length and 2.10 meters in width.
No glass, metal, mineral fibers, or harmful chemicals are used in its production. Our felts are odor-free, moisture-free, and free from cutting defects or foreign substances, ensuring a
